Who is Jade?

As a child, I often felt overwhelmed by my emotions—sometimes to the point where I didn't know how to cope. Even as I grew older I found myself seeking validation and struggling to harness my own emotional well-being and live a balanced life.

In my early 40s, I heard the word perimenopause for the first time—and was told to hand over the next ten years of my life to uncontrollable hormones. Feeling powerless and terrified, I knew I had to find another way.

That moment became my turning point. I dove deep into every tool and practice I could find—integrating them not just as a professional, but as someone desperate to reclaim her own life and joy.

Since cracking the code for myself, I’ve helped countless women transform worry into wonder and pain into peace—making magic out of everyday mayhem. Whether you’re navigating turbulent perimenopause, battling emotional exhaustion, or simply longing for more empowerment, I’ve been where you are.
