Who is Jade?

As a child, I often felt overwhelmed by my emotions—sometimes to the point where I didn't know how to cope. Even as I grew older I found myself seeking validation and struggling to harness my own emotional well-being and live a balanced life. This resulted in unhealthy my eating habits and hypercritical body image and I struggled with both for over 30 years.

In my 40’s, I reached a turning point. I realized that if I didn't make a change, the path I was on would lead me further away from the joy and peace I desperately wanted. That's when I immersed myself fully in the tools and practices I had studied, not just as a professional but on a deeply personal level.

Since cracking the code for myself, I've been honored to help many women transform worry into wonder and pain into peace—making magic out of the mayhem of everyday life. Whether you're navigating the turbulent waters of perimenopause, dealing with emotional exhaustion, or seeking a more empowered version of yourself, I’ve likely been where you are now. There’s nothing too big or too small that we can’t tackle together.
